Guarantee

CANARD grants a 2-year warranty on material and workmanship defects, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and only for its intended purpose. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use or neglect. 

WALLET

We will replace the elastic band of your wallet as many times as you want, practically for a lifetime. We want you to enjoy your wallet for as long as possible. A used wallet simply feels softer and better and has its own individual patina. 

➜ We reserve the right not to carry out repair work if we determine that the defect of the elastic band on the delivered wallet is due to improper use. Business cards are elastic band killers, as over the years they act like a knife on the elastic and thus a defect is inevitable.
