All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to late or non-delivery remain strictly excluded.

The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color. The data necessary for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially. The customer has the right to delete, block and view his data.

PAYMENT TERMS

Once you have placed an order, it is binding. You will receive an order confirmation via email when the order has been received by us. Payment is made in advance, directly by credit card, PayPal, or in Switzerland also via TWINT. When paying in advance, you will receive an email from us with the necessary account details after placing your order. Deliveries are made after payment confirmation and currently to the German-speaking parts of Europe.

DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries usually take place within 2-3 working days (the delivery time may be extended for deliveries abroad). If we do not have an item in stock, we will let you know as quickly as possible when delivery is expected. Delivery is at the risk of the recipient. You can be sure that your items will arrive reliably and promptly. If anything is unclear, we will contact you. We ship our items free of charge in Switzerland from 40 CHF, to the EU from 40 EURO and to America from 50 USD. Any customs and other fees as well as VAT in your own country are entirely borne by the customer.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase from feuil, but returns without prior consent will not be accepted.

Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The return must be made within 14 days. For returns, the buyer is responsible for the postage.
